    im trying to activate adaptive vsync or fastsync with nvidia inspector, i do select it but nothing changes, can anyone please tell me how to activate these vsync models???

    You can't - variable refresh rate is nor supported on most lower end laptops.

    Thats sad...this is all because of the nvidia optimus i need to unlock bios....or so no way =( thanks...
