    DDR 2 8600 GT-M 512 MB video memory

    Versus

    DDR? 9500 GS-M 512 MB Video memory

Which card would give me better performance? Also the 9500 GS ONLY has Vista as an option so bear that in mind when awsnering as to performance.

    Thanks.

no, the 9500m GS is ddr2, cus its less than the gddr3 8600, and slightly better than the 8600 GT ddr2.

Yes, as Hkman said, the 9500M GS ddr2 is in between the ddr2 and ddr3 version of the 8600M GT.
