The 9700 is a much better card, but they're both very outdated now.

Nope, 9550 is better than X200 and 9700 will easily outperform both cards

If your budget is only enough for either of them get the 9700, but make sure it is with 128MB. It is a very outdated card but should be enough for light gaming.

I have owned a 9700 mobility. It is a nice card. Very reliable... Good card for light games.

a ati radeon 9700 is much better than x200. i can run most games on low and maybe medium settings with my 64mb one. so i suggest get at least 128mb. and if u have cash to spare get the x700 as its much better. and get at least a gig of ram. buy additional ram from newegg.com instead as its cheaper there.
