    So ... I have 9600m GT GDDR3 in my 5930G Acer.

The stock drivers that came with Vista Home Premium are 176.20.

I was wondering if someone could help me out in finding the best drivers that offer performance/compatibility for this card.

The latest drivers are 180.something ... however, the latest drivers don't necessarily translate to 'best performance'.
So I could use some insight from people who have similar specs and/or gpu's with newer drivers that provide better performance over the stock ones.
    :)

I know that, I was referring to which version of the drivers is the best one in terms of performance?

Finding which driver yields best performance is a hit-or-miss affair, from my latest experience with a 7th generation Nvidia card. Some of the drivers enable more features on the GPU, while some bring stability problems. For example, my old GeForce Go 7200 achieved best performance with the 169.04 driver, but anything newer was unstable.

For a card like yours, you would probably want to use one of the newer drivers that has been downloaded more often than the rest (and therefore likely more stable).
