    Is the Nvidia Geforce 9600m GS with 512mb a dedicated card, or an integrated one into the motherboard?

    That's dedicated, and a pretty good one too. Should run current games quite decently.

    Let me clarify this one a little bit.

    Yes, it is dedicated in that it has its own video memory. And yes, it is quite a powerful card.

    But it is integrated onto the motherboard in that all the parts are soldered onto it, and you cannot upgrade it in the future.
