Hi, I am looking to buy a new notebook for Warhammer, and I couldn't decide which card would suit me best. I have read numerous reviews about the 9800M GTX in this forum and got the idea that it isn't going to give me much advantage over the 9800M GT. However, I am wondering if the difference is still insignificant in large group RvR situations? I would very much hope that my notebook could survive future expansions and some real heated wars there.
Any input is appreciated, thanks!

Both cards are likely HUGE overkills for a game like Warhammer online...its just not that demanding.
And i believe the the cards rank gt<gtx<gt-sli. So the GTX will give a pretty good preformance boost, but the dual GT cards still pretty much come out as the leaders of the pack (assuming the games are capable of using SLI)
But hey, if you've got the money to dump into a high end notebook, go for broke. Just because Warhammer isnt going to tax the cards at all doesnt mean some game in the near future that your intrested in wont
The system requirements are
2.5 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
2 Gigabyte RAM
A 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
At least 15 GB of hard drive space
the 9800 (in any version) is so far beyond that its pretty sad. Even the 9800GTS can pretty much quadraple those requirements... so no worries
9800M GT or 9800M GTX for Warhammer?
