    Whats the max heat a 9800m gts can reach before it overheats and powers off the whole system? Can I have a link too( to prove gateway techys)?

    I think the default will be set at 97 Celsius, but you can raise the threshold with Nibitor, then flash the bios.

    you could always perform your own stress test and keep watching it until it does the afformentioned power down....just make sure you have a water bucket handy.... :)

    That program seems complicated, is there something that will just tell me how hot my temps can get? Or is there a link or article or something?
