    I went through in detail about the oc-ing a 9600mgt on a dv 5. What i want to know is if the same is applicable to a dv7 also? i.e Can a 9600mGT on a Dv7 also be overclocked? :confused:

    should be the same thing. As the DV7 should have same specs just 17" and maybe blueray . Could also contain the P8300 CPU, but depends... they are both the same GFX card, 9600mGT DDr2. How did you go about OCing your GFX card... I have trived riva Tuner but the clocks just get put back to stock when the program closes..??
