    A problem with the NCsoft Launcher on installing Aion

    I've bought an NC account and then paid for the Aion account and I downloaded the game but when I try installing it gives me an error:

    "The server does not support the necessary HTTP protocol. Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) requires that the server support the Range protocol header."

    I searched for help and was asked to change the region in the settings but that didn't work even when I allowed it through the Firewall, nothing happened.

    Please help me with this issue. :(
