I just downloaded the UT3 Beta and I immediately noticed the game is unplayable on 800 x 600 resolution + full screen and the mouse skips 4-5 pixels at a time. When I switch to window mode @ 800 x 600, it's still really laggy, but semi-playable. The only lag free way I can play is at 640 x 480 in window mode. Is this unusual for a Geforce Go 7700?

Well what settings are you running? I have a X1600 and I can play at 1024x768 with setting 3 and I average 20-30fps. Although it stutters when things explode or skips when my body flies when I die, it's just playable. This is only against bots though when I have spare minute. If you have everything set to max maybe that's to be expected, but the Go 7700 should be able to do a bit better than my X1600. You should make sure you have the latest drivers, since I believe the Catalyst 7.10 is the recommended one for UT3, while I think nVidia might have released a specific beta driver.

I played it at 1280x800 at around 25-ish fps with post-processing on (all setting performed equally), Texture Detail and World Detail at 5 (what amounts to medium in the final game), Screen percentage at 90%. There were spikes in some alleyways though. I've overclocked my go7700. Remember that the go7700 is better than a geforce 8500GT (it should be as well).
