Hi, I'm looking to buy the A8JS sometime in May and was wondering how well it runs certain games, specifically Oblivion, Fear, and Half-life 2 (in terms of FPS). Also, I plan to only have 1G of ram....does it make that big of a difference in terms of FPS? Thanks, and sorry if this was answered in another post.

The go7700 handles Fear and HL2 quite well. Oblivion chugs unless you turn the details down... but that applies to most GPUs.

1GB or RAM shouldn't make that big a difference, except maybe with Oblivion, but you should definitely consider 2GB. Especially if you're planning on running Vista.
