For those that don't know its a horror based squad action game. You control a squad with special powers who deal with paranormal beings. Its supposed to be pretty creepy. You control different members of a squad and switch to your liking. Each member has their own skill sets and special powers. From what I've heard its kinda short but still exciting.

PC Gamer was saying it's got about 14 hours estimated gameplay. According to them, there is a twist in that you're not just switching between characters, but possessing your ex-teammates.
Clive Barker apparently was very hands on with this one, creating intricate backstorys for the characters and helping design the monsters. It's good when an author does more than just sell his name to a company, but actually gets involved with the design of things. -
Who's Clive Barker? Any relation to Bob Barker?

I remember Clive barker's Undying... Good stuff.
-
Agreed. Undying was fear-tastic. I didn't play it all the way through because I don't gel with scary games. Could barely play the F.E.A.R Demo.
-
I didn't find FEAR scary.

Congratulations.

Man this demo doesn't disappoint at all! Really like the switching between the cool characters. And the graphics are pretty stunning!
Very demanding for your hardware though. I turned of motion blurring and 'smoothing', the rest set to max and resolution 1280*800. Runs very well at those setting on my Macbook Pro. -

Played it, not bad. The graphics are good albeit a bit demanding and overall mood and ambience of the game isn't bad either.
-
Ooo0o I'll try it when I'm at home, I don't think my co-workers would like me playing it here very much hehe.
Surprised I hadn't heard about the demo yet. -
Pleasantly surprised with this demo. Jolly good fun with super graphics and atmosphere. Worked very well with xbox360 joypad.
1280x800 was the resolution that worked best for me too, allowing smooth play with all top settings selected (I've a 7950gtx), so yea, demanding game indeed! -
I actually downloaded the demo my PS3 today. I was very happy with the playability of the game and the use of your squadmates. Not too bad; I may actually pick this up.

Downloaded the demo last night on my Xbox 360, and I was surprised at how much fun it was, especially with Church (any badass with a powerful katana gets major points in my book). The integration of active cutscenes (where you press buttons during a cutscene to try to survive) is a nice touch for an FPS, too.
AAAAH! Run!! Cliver Barker's Jericho Demo
