Looking to maybe try and overclock an Ati HD3650 512mb GDDR3, btw what is the standard clock speed and mem speed for this card? And which is the best OC tool to use, thanks! :)

Oh, one more thing, what is a good component monitoring program such as everest, I used to have that but can't find the free home edition anywhere now, any one know where I can find it or a similar free program?

only catalyst 8.10 or earlier will allow u to overclock....if you have already done that then use AMD GPU clock tool

HWMonitor is a good tool for monitoring temps. It keeps a current, min and max values so you can load up a full screen game and still see the highest temp reached.

I've never gotten ATI Traytools to work properly with my cards. But it's artifact scanning functions worked well with my older cards. ATI GPU Clock is what I used to use, but the setting in ATI Tray tools are more advanced. I would try traytools out first and if it fails use ATI GPU clock.

Be warned though, keep an eye out for your temps. overclocking can easily overheat your rig if you dont have adequate cooling or arent paying attention. Stock speeds for the 3650 are 600/700/600 (core/mem/shader). For good overclocks search the forum.

ATI Gpu tool and use 8.10 cat or earlier :)

gpu z to verify the clock speeds
    gpu-z to double check temps

hw-monitor to keep an eye out for every thing

get a gpu stress tool to stress out the gpu to see if they are stable
