Problem: AMD's OpenCL driver included in Catalyst Driver Suite does not work. (Not Everyone)

You may have noticed with your mobile AMD, that the new drivers have the AMD Stream Drivers.

You may have also noticed that when you run GPUz, the OpenCL support is not listed.

You may have noticed Luxmark 1.0 OpenCL benchmark fails.

    Solution:

Install AMD Stream 2.3 SDK which has support for OpenCL 1.1
I just installed the SDK. There are profiles and bunch of other developer stuff you don't need if you are not a developer.

I have also seen a massive increase in performance in Adobe CS5. I am not entirely sure why, but it works nearly 2X as fast for me.
