If it's with an i7 will it be able to handle these games at least decently?

Also is the 540M on the Vaio F much better or no?

They are ranked similarly on Notebook check's rankings.

It's a bit early for Skyrim and I'm not familiar with the recommended specs for COD and Battlefield 3; however, it will certainly depend on the display resolution of the laptop.

The 6630M will likely not deliver decent frame rates at 1920x1080 resolution

The 540M is not much better.

If you absolutely must game on a laptop, I would look for one with a DX11 card at least around the range of the NVIDIA 460M or AMD 5830M, or better.

They are decent if you don't want to max every graphical setting and stay within 720p resolution. They will falter at 1080p if you go that high on the resolution.

Youre right but the nVidia Card is still a little bit better. But i can play with a
HD5650M wich has nearly the same performance like a HD6530M and play after a thousand patches and moddings ( thats why you should go nVidia)
BFBC2 in DX11 on Medium High settings without AA/AF/VSync/HBAO on my 720p screen with ca. 40 FPS.
I think the i7 will handle the game even better than my i3 380M @ 2.53GHz if u go Quad. But i dont have to. See attachment for GPU/CPU Ranking.

Ok well the SA/SB will only get to 1600x900 max so the resolution wouldn't be that big a factor.

Don't have to game would just like to every once in a while so settings don't have to be max.
