I just got a Dell Inspiron 14z Ultrabook today and Im really confused. So far playing Diablo 3 and Skyrim i get better fps using the Intel graphics? Looking at notebook check the Radeon HD 7570M should be better. When I play I get around 30-40 playing with the Intel and only 10-15 when using the Radeon HD 7570M? Dont have any idea whats wrong. I know how to use the switchable graphics so its nothing with that. Is it just possible something is wrong with Radeon HD 7570M ? Please help

What settings are you running? Is it plugged in or on the battery?

Make sure your notebook is in high performance mode and your charger is plugged in. The 7570m should be faster than the HD4000.

i think something is wrong with the software because your numbers are flip flopped of what you should be getting. at med. the intel should get about 12fps and the 7570 should be about 30.

Hey dude i have the same laptop and have te same problem
If u r using amd 7570 without charger plugged in then the performance is reduced
Due to power saving issues which have to be checked through settings
But plug in the charger and use u shoulnnot have the problem
Hd 7570 runs pretty smooth with charger on but make sure
You have a cooler or fan beaide because this sustem really gets ht while charger plugged in
    And workong on amd

Funny when integrated graphics is stronger than dedicated. Dell always had good feeling to choose week discrete graphics, as I can recall their another nonsense favorite GPUs is the 620M Nvidia.
