Did you set your power setting to performance while playing ?. also if you looking for the newest driver :
    AMD Catalyst 13.1 WHQL Download

Just make sure you download the mobility version not the desktop one.

That is because you have to set your program to high performance so that , the program have an access to your amd gpu no intel gpu. Also set your games to high performance . All this can be found by pressing right-click on desktop and see configure switch-able graphics . I think this is where the low performance come from , because all games are probably set on low performance

I set laptop to high performance, apps too, i have allways run that way, but even that programs doesnt shoes the right clocks... Its a strange situation, i think its because of amd drivers, couse there isnt any official to 8800 series.

That is weird . Why don't you try the latest catalys 13.3 beta , it might fixes your problem. As for your laptop , I tried to look online ans basically its not even out yet for the masses . Even samsung has this model on their gemran website only I tried to look for drivers downloads for this model in their german website but their is nothing. How could they release sometime without proper driver support ?!

Nah the M275X I think is just a rebranded 8870M so you just got a name change and that's about it.
