    Considering is the wrong word IMO. They hired consultants to examine the options, and while breaking up the company is one of them, it's not like they're actively considering it, just that it's an option on the table.

    I don't see how company hearsay is directly related to "Gaming (Software and Graphics Cards)" or how NBR has anything to contribute to this discussion beyond spinning the rumor mill considering that 99% of members here either don't give a rat about AMD or hate it with a passion. At Beyond3D at least you have some industry insiders and tech reviewers/journalists hanging around who can give more insight.
