    Some guy mentioned AMD dual-core Optimizer on youtube...to improve gaming performance.


    Has anyone of you used it? ...how does it improve gaming performance as mentioned by the company website ??


    Also, Does it work with AMD Turion 64X2 ?

    I couldn't install it ....HELP .... it says " windows installers service could not be accessed. This can occur if windows installer is not correctly installed'


    But I could install other programs today.

    its installed now on my vista......donno how it'll improve the performance though...

    I'm not that familiar with the Turion X2 line specifically, but I'm pretty sure that Vista should be able to manage your dual core processor automatically, most of the optimizers, tweaks, and hotfixes were needed because XP did not originally natively support dual cores.
