I tried everything, and my last chance is this forum.

I even tried setting the solutions to 800 X 600 and overall to low, and 0 Antialiasing.

    Anyone have any answers?

For graphic drivers i have batboys 186. mod. Nvidia.

    Thx
    Nick

First and foremost why are you using unofficial drivers, sheesh?

Install and run driver sweeper then install the current Alienware drivers or go to Nvidia's site and download the 257.xx drivers. The laptop in your sig should be able to run the game above 800x600 res just fine.

Make sure you're drivers are WHQL certified and you should be good. The latest 257.xx drivers from Nvidia appear to be stable or there would be lot's of complaints on this forum.

Unofficial drivers tend to cause more problems and stability issues. ;)

i know updated the drivers, and let me put it this way:

i did not have any problems while updating.

But in ABP game its stills stutters.

I am not quite sure wheter its a driver issiu or a bug in game.

Is smalls stutters hwich comes every half a minute, but its enough to ruin the gameplay for me.

I also noticed that driving cars are like milliseconds before they respond to your controls...

    Is it just me?

This is probably a silly thing to say, but are you sure you are on performance mode?
Once I was in power saver and all games I had were lagging like crazy.
Also use a program like FRAPS to get an idea of your framerate in the game

Also, since APB is an MMO, it may just be that your ping is high which could be causing the lag you see?
Haven't tried it myself but there should be some way to check your ping

Here's something to check. I was having the same problem too and I was able to fix the issue. Is your hard drive constantly being accessed? It may be that Windows may be caching memory into disk (even if you have 8 gb) which will hurt performance. What I ended up doing was disabling my pagefile so that everything runs in ram and that pretty much solved my problem.

Before when I had it enabled windows would constantly be accessing my hard drive during game and use the pagefile. As of result although I had decent framerates when I would stand still, when I would start to move and it would load things into the world the game would freeze in chunks and really killed gameplay. I dont have this anymore.

Another issue that may come up is your sound card. What type of sound card does your Alienware have? I've read reports that computers with Realtek Audio cards have major issues with this game (specifically it's punkbuster, not APB).
What you can do to test if your sound card is the issue is to go your Device Manager (right click My Computer -> Manage). Go to sound devices and disable your sound card. Run APB and see if it gives you the same problems.

Edit: About the car driving, that's how wonky it is in APB.

First thing you should do before all else is to make sure that all of your temperatures are as they should be. Do you only get stuttering in this game?

I have the same stuttering issuses but I can't really attest to it being the game. I want to lay blame to either my graphics card or my crappy internet connection. So I'm going to upgrade my card soon as I get to Korea in the next few days, plus I'll have a much better internet connection once I get there. ALTHOUGH! It might just be the fact that the game is new and it needs a lot of patching to do still.

if u want stable drivers try 186.81.. work excellently and also get the SLI profile updates... but i recommend 195.62 as u can then use flash 10.1

Its a game side bug they should be working on im having the same stuttering when using crossfire with 10.6 drivers and the application patch that came with it. When i revert to 1 card the stuttering is reduced signifacantly but it still is an issue that needs to be addressed with a patch.
