I never played a MMO but I like GTA. And this game looks pretty fun. Do you think it will get a big following? Comes with 50 hrs district play and unlimited social play. Then 9.99 for unlimited
    monthly access.

I love them for full fledged MMORPGs. WoW is 50 cent a day. You get more value from it, that you can possible do. If you have a stable life(job, work, friends, family, responsibilities, other games, hobbies etc) then you will never run out of casual content to do... You get so much for 50 cent a day, that it's cheap. it is the cheapest entertainment around.

The problem with APB is that it's a shooter, in a persistent world. I hate to say it, but I don't think I will play APB. The developers are good people, but I would rather play another third person shooter online, like Global Agenda or GTA4 that does not FORCE me to pay if I want to shoot 10 minutes a night before I eat dinner.
I don't need that commitment with APB. It's not going to be that thing. It's not comparable to the vast possibilities of your feature rich larger-than-life-MMORPGs.

I'll probably buy the pre order to get the extra content & play time. I'm sure after 50 hrs of play I'll have my answer...or get bored and move on to something else
    : )
