Trying to research to why it happens, everyone points out to computer hardware (GPU/Killer adaptor etc...) and Software( Game and Windows OS) issue. I have tried every possible way searching Google trying to fix this issue. I finally gave up as all the fixes i found on the web did not solve it. In my head , i am pointing it to Windows 10. I know what Windows 10 is cancerous as people have already known.

I found a solution. I remember having a Windows 8 Activation key I bought back in December 2012. I decided to give Windows 8.1 a try as Windows 8 is no longer available. I installed Windows 8.1 , activated after the installation using my old Windows 8 Key.

I played the game all day today without no issue at all. Not even one glitch. So I am coming to conclusion that Windows 10 and the Game is conflicting and creating those issue.

So far , i am going to cross my fingers and will report back if those issues shows up in Windows 8.1
