    Can some one tell me more on the ATi 2600HD and the laptops that posses this graphics card. And the HD 2600Xt and the notebooks it is in and the specs as well.

    2600HD GDDR3, atm, is equivalent to 8600GT DDR2, but it has immature drivers. I dont know about the XT

    I know a lot about nvidia very little about ATI that's why i posted. I like everything from what i see from ATI, lately.

    All the info you'd really need is on ATi's website. In terms of performance it seems to be pretty much on par (-5%) with the 8600GT at the same clock speeds
