    ATI 5650 - blurry textures issue

    I'm on an Acer 4820TG with a 5650 GPU. My current driver version is 8.93-111205a-132079C-ATI. Catalyst version is 12.1.

    I've been noticing lately that various textures are blurry when playing 3D games. I haven't changed any GPU settings or in-game settings. This happens with various games. What's weird is that it's only certain textures, like ones that are "flat".

    Can anyone help me figure out what's going on? Are there known issues with the 5650? This problem didn't happen after a driver update - last time I manually updated drivers was in April or so. This issue arose about a month ago, and I attempted to update the driver but there were issues that other 4820TG owners had (not being able to change BIOS back to "switchable" mode).

    Check out this screenshot from Legend of Grimrock to see what I mean. Notice the blurry green patches. All settings are on "high", and my CCC is not overriding any application settings.
