    ATI Modility Radeon X1800 any good?

    I ways wondering if my new graphics card was any good for playing games on.

    It will be equal to about an 8700m GT, it has a 256it bus so it has a large memory bandwidth, which many games rely on today. Should last maybe another year on semi decent settings, soon it will start to fall behind though because it is an older card.

    So to answer your question, yes, should play most games just fine, not high settings though.

    its probably older....or if he got the 20.1 inch dell that is all it came with, or it was possibly an older MXM type that he upgraded to.
