I'm looking to buy a laptop and this is the video card that comes with it.
It is 256 dedicated + up too 255 allcoated shared hypermemory. The laptop is a Toshiba p200-st2061. I am basically only gonna use it to play WoW,FFXI, and Tiger woods 08. I havent seen anything about this card except whats on ATI's website. Do u think this card is capable, or should i stick to finding a laptop with a GE force 7600/50 GTX card. any input would be appreciated.

The ATI Radeon HD2600 in that specific Toshiba laptop is very capable of handling those games and more with great settings. Without a doubt it’ll run WoW, FFXI, and Tiger woods’ 08 on all high without problems and should even play high demanding games at mid-high settings just fine.

It's equivalent to the nVidia 8600GT DDR2, or should be very similar to it.

Those games will run at high settings just fine and dandy.
