    I did a google about this, and got to this forum. could someone tell me all what i need to overclock my Radeon X1400

    Specs:
    Core Duo 1.66Ghz
    1GB Ram
    Radeon X1400
    100GB HDD
    XP Media Center

    What is the safe engine and memory clock settings without the laptop blowing up?

    use riva tuner to OC
    remember, only overclock 5~10MHZ at a time, and test it for artifacts....as soon as you get artifacts, slow the clocks down 5~10MHz incrementally, until the artifacts go away....that will be your MAX safe OC..

    REMEMBER TO MONITER THE TEMPERATURES
    50C~60C====VERY GOOD
    60C~70C====GOOD
    70C~80C====kinda OK
    80C~90C------TOO HOT, BACK DOWN

    edit----i am not sure if rivatuner works with ATI graphics, but you can always try
