    Hi,

    Can someone kindly advise as to which one (amongst ATI Radeon X1400 or nVidia 7300) is a better graphics card.

    I hardly play games and the vendor is offering me these 2 options. SO I want to know which one should I go for. The difference in price is nominal and affordable.

    The X1400. It is faster then the go7400 also.

    Yes, X1400 is better (provided that you won’t end up with one of those 64bit cards that Acer and few other manufacturers use). But standard X1400 is 128bit and it is faster than Go 7300 and even 7400.

    the x1400 doesn't really benifit from 128bit. It's x1600 and above that show (significant) performance decreases with 64bit. X1400 is only slightly faster than go7400, and go7400 is 64bit.
