    Hello
    i was thing of buying a laptop acers laptop
    laptop got this graphic card ATI Radeon Xpress 1100
    and i am wondring if i could play any games like bf2 and splinter cell double agent or any other splinter cell. with ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 (128mb not dedicated memory )
    or shood i buy a acer laptop witch ati x1600 128 mb both laptop have dualcore amd processer and ddr2 1gb

    The X1600 for sure, the Radeon Xpress 1100 cant play anything like that.

    FYI that the xpress 1100 does play bf2. I've run it on low and medium and they work fine. Don't expect top notch graphics. If it is price you are looking at, then the 1100 will be fine. If it is performance, than the x1600 is a must.

    Define "fine" and at what resolution are you talking about? 1024x768 at medium details? Because if so then im calling fowl on that.

    If your going to say a game runs fine please list the following:

    Resolution along with details and the average frame rate.

    If you are going to game then stick to the best GPU you can get - the x1600 in this case.

    The x1600 is the better choice. Get that if you can and you will play a lot and you could play new games at high res
