    8400 is going to play newer games better, mainly ones that use Dx 10, the X1400 would be better for more... Older gaming, like CS:S, Etc. Games that run on Dx 7, 8, 8.1, or 9.

    The 8400m gs is about 50% faster than the x1400.

    A guy compared the xps1210 to the xps1330 (7400 vs 8400gs) and the latter beat it by a good margin.
