    My question is:

For web graphics (Photoshop, Flash), video editing, surfing the net, watching movies and so on. Do I really need the ATI card, or should the nVidia be enough ?

As I don´t play games, and I doubt I ever will.

    Thanks

As per your requirements, I guess an integrated card would do quite well. But I think you are getting the dell Precision M65, which gives the Quadro 350 by default, isn't it?. In that case, the machine is quite good, and would be sufficient for your needs. And since you are not a gamer, the X1700 would be useless anyway.

    I agree.

Wii, since you won't be gaming, the Quadro would better serve your computing needs. While not a gaming card, the Quadro is better at design and editing users than the X1700 would be.

Yeah, that´s what I thought - I´m down to 2 options with basically the same specs (except for the graphic card):

Dell M65, which I really like (always been a Dell fan), and the 3 year on site guarantee is nice.

ASUS V1J, which looks fantastic from the pictures, but a little more expensive than the Dell, and I´m not sure about the build quality and reliability.
