    Hello.
I'm new around here... and i have a little problem.
The thing is that i have a Compaq Evo N1020v, with ATI Radeon IGP 340M, and I can't upgrade the graphics driver, because it only accepts Compaq drivers. As u probably know, HP is now the "man", and the latest drivers are 2-3 years old.Is there a way to upgrade to a driver made by ATI for laptops that have motherboards with IGP cards???I mean with drivers that aren't signed as being made by Compaq or HP. PLS HELP ME.thank u.

Is there something wrong with the drivers supplied by your manufacturer? Because other drivers are more likely to cause compatibility issues with your computer and it is usually best to use the drivers from your manufacturer.
If you are expecting performance increases by using newer drivers, then don't get your hopes up at all. All the newer drivers are designed for the newly released graphics cards and won't do anything for older cards.
