    Go 7200 < Go 7400 < X1600

Each should be roughly twice as fast so x1600 is about 4x faster than Go 7200. Your mileage may vary.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess you are trying to choose between an HP Pavilion notebook or a built on ASUS...?

I find that you can pretty much match the ATI X1000's with the nVidia 7 series side by side, like so: X1600=7600Go, X1400=7400Go, etc.

x1600 is about twice as good as the 7400.

The 7400 Go is the mobile version of the 7300, which is a pretty weak card. The X1600 will give you 128 bit memory and 128 MB or mabye even 256 MB of onboard VRAM, so that is another plus. Not to mention its faster.
