Yes, bullet drop is just going to be wicked.
I have been waiting for Bad Company 2 for so long and it certainly has not disappointed so far. Well, on PS3 atleast.... Modern Warfare 2 will certainly manage to dominate even through the initial release of BC2, but popularity aside BC2 is without a doubt the superior game when it comes to realism, graphics, depth and sheer awesomeness.
BioShock 2 is going to be a good single player experience and I'll probably still buy it...or rent it...But, I've maintained a multi-player oriented mindset for so long even the most engaging single player experiences I find lacking.
Alien Versus Predator will be an interesting addition. I've played the old games and I do remember enjoying them just for the sheer variety of gameplay based on what species you decide to play as. If AvP nails it multiplayer it'll be something to look forward to but nothing that'll draw my attention away from either BC2 or MW2 for any large period of time.

AvP Classic is available for $5 on Steam now too! I have AvP 2 (on CD), not the first, so for $5 bought that sucker right away when I saw it.

After trying the demo/BETA for both AvP and BC2 I can safely say that I am no longer looking forward to either one. I can't speak for Bioshock 2 but since I primarily prefer MP centered games I'm not really even considering Bioshock 2.

AvP demo left me underwhelmed, but maybe the single player and the other multiplayer modes will be better.
Don't have much to say about Bioshock 2 except that it really irks me that there's only one gun you can use (of course you still get the drill and the plasmids).
Bad Company 2 demo is a blast, and I'm loving just about all the changes they made from BC1. I hope the campaign will be better too but they haven't shown much of that. Definitely gets my vote.
