Open catalyst control center and look at the information about your graphics card, it should mention what type of graphics memory you got.

    ok thanks
I know GDDR3 is the best

    but is there a big difference between a 4570 ddr2 and a 4570 ddr3?
    how much percent?

It should be very different. Generally it is around 15-30%. It depends on the card really.
