This game was released in March 2005. I have seen this game for real cheap at half price books lately. So I checked out IGN and it seemed to look pretty neat. I wanted to know if anyone has tried it here and get some reviews.
My thing is a really like games that are different each time you play. Example, ARMA is a Military FPS/RTS that you can create Dynamic missions that are different each time you play. Does this game offer any dynamic play?
Thanks for your feedback...

that game had some of the best rts visuals I had seen for its time (even now they look great), gameplay wise it was alright I really enjoyed the campaign mode. I reckon there is a demo or it as well so you could give that a go
Act of War - Direct Action Demo
Act of War Expansion Pack - High Treason Demo
both roughly 700MB so yea you could give these a go -

Blackbird, Thanks... Was it the same each time you played? Meaning, did the game always respond the same way each time or did it always attack the same area each time?
Again thanks!

Overall 8.5
The Good -
* Excellent real-time strategy gameplay
* Beautiful, gorgeous graphics
* Effective live action cutscenes
* Great production values
* Intriguing plot.
The Bad -
* There can be a lot to micromanage at times
* Some bad acting and accents at times
* The story leaves too many unanswered questions. (i think they have been answered in the expansion pack, expansion pack which is standalone got 8.0 rating)
