    aoe gameplay has always been epic...but for once as it appears so are the graphics....very excited.... eta?

    They are using age 3s engine and it looks worse than settlers.. big corp money wasted..

    AoE 4 looks like a mobile game and everyone can see it. Even AoE3 DE looks better. Cartoon doesn't belong to AoE.

    After what they did to AOE III Definitive Edition by rewriting and censorship, AOE IP is no more to me. It was my childhood that Ensemble crafted, pure masterpieces of art. Ensemble Studios which made all these games and the underrated and even better Age of Mythology with The Titans expansion is long gone, dissolved by Microshaft ages ago, the AOE4 latest trailer looked extremely cartoonish. Thanks but no Thanks M$. They can keep it.

    Exactly. The way they are making the game now resembles more to SC2 and is in no way related to AoE besides the name.

    im also a diehard aoe fan but i suppose the graphics are weak after looking at it again..it was early in the morning when i first saw it....yeah its not looking good but looks better than aoe3 de

    whats a good game thats free looks good and is alot like aoe? i have a uhd 620 laptop right now and can't play much.

    also its funny how when your a huge fan of something you cant tell there is rebar in the concrete you deny deny lol.....yeah im disappointed now that i see a little less hazy

    dude in your pics the ground looks blurry as does the elephants....in the pre release their is grass and the detail is through the roof

    That bit with 3 sailed right by without my noticing. Doesn't surprise me; what does is that the sjw types have become the bullies but no one seems to notice.

    In any event I checked out with AOE2 and this one isn't doing anything to push the meter past meh.
