    Alex Mercer vs. Nomad

    I was bored today and got thinking, in a "fair" fight between the two lead characters, who would come out on top? Let's assume that they're on neutral ground; say, a sparsely populated, sparsely wooded hill. Both have strength, speed, survivability from impacts, and thermal vision. Mercer is proficient in the use of his short-range weapons but has no formal weapons training; Nomad doesn't have very many weapons from short range but he's well trained and has any weapon in his arsenal to assist him. Mercer can consume the villagers, but Nomad can become invisible for short periods of time.

    In a fight to the death, who wins?

    That would be Nomad as Crysis would kill any machine attempting to visualize Mercers' Fancy tricks in its engine. Most likely Mercer will be Bsdod'd to oblivion, or kept in an infinite time loop as the frames battle to rise above 3 during his super sprint jumps.

    Yes yes the Crysis joke had to come haha :p

    IMO Nomad is equivalent to Prototype's Super Soldiers. So after a bit, Mercer would rip apart Nomad. Then Mercer would implode because his game sucks.

    Um Alex is pretty much invincible. he can jump up to a 1000ft building without trying while even with his suit in power mode Nomad can only jump like 20ft.

    That should give you a pretty good idea of the difference in there strength.

    Yeah he fell, he cant jump that high, aka an actual use of physical might.

    Alex could have just glided down :D or used his blade arm and chop Nomad in half on landing.

    Mercer without a doubt would win. One of Nomad's main strengths(cloaking) is rendered moot by Mercer's ability to see in infra red.
