Like around the outside of the screen is stretched out. Almost like a fish eye effect. My GPU is the 7800 go. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Try chaging the resolution, and see what one gives you the best results.

You may be playing out of a native resolution which could cause a blurring effect. Or maybe you're playing in a non-widescreen resolution.

Yup, I'll wager he's playing a 4:3 resolution and doesn't have "preserve aspect ratio" checked in his scaling preferences.

if your laptop is widescreen and your games are not in a widescreen resolution, they may end up getting stretched.

No. That's not what im talking about.

Only the outside is stretches out, and it's not very noticeable. It's almost like tunnel vision.

This is kind of what I'm talking about.... except it's no where near this bad, and there isn't bluring / lines.
