I was taking a look at how much Nvidia Go 7950 GTX's go for on ebay, and I came across a brand new 7950 GTX that was removed from a new XPS 1710. Why would you want to remove a 7950 from a brand new XPS 1710? My only thought would be to replace it with a BETTER graphics card, so my question is are there better graphics cards that can fit in the XPS 1710?

Most likely not. The M1710 uses a Dell-specific design, a design they might have changed with the new PCs and their DX10 cards. The only GPUs that will ever work on a Dell machine are the Dell built ones.

There is a slight possibility that Dell is using the same modular design with the new 1730 as with the 1710, however even if that were the case it would probably take some hardcore modding to interchange video cards.
