Its a the m860tu in my signature, fx3700 & q9200... ramsinks in place of the copper casing as you can see.

I've been starting linux on battery, it seems ok but I'm not sure at all... trying to get a linux app for gpu temps but yeah.
And its coming up as an fx2700 in the bios. Its an HP card, did the person I buy it from lie about it being an fx3700?

Or are these questions too clevo-specific for the graphics card section...?

    Thanks, any comments appreciated.

On the website from clevo the fx3700 is not listed as possible graphics configuration for the m860tu, so not very surprising. The fx3700 is much more expensive, so I wonder what price they made you pay if they really believed it was a fx3700.

No, its not from AtlantaTech I've contacted the people who sold me these card, and they didn't know they were fx2700m
I've got a real HP fx3700m still coming to me from them.

Sorry we're a few steps ahead of you... and the HP fx3700m works great.

They were under 400 for the pair, so Its too bad they aren't the right cards. would have been a great deal.
