Bought some DLC's as most of the games I do already own. But where is the Starcraft 2 offer?

 

SC2 offer is not for digital copy, so I removed from the list.

OP said something about for two hours, so I'll point out that the THQ pack is available right now.

I'd love to get Metro and a bunch of other good games for $10 like that, but unfortunately I wouldn't be playing any of the others. I have Stalker and Metro's on my list, but I've already got a couple year's worth of unplayed games as it is, so none of the others would ever be installed.

Are these keys region locked to US?

 

I don't think so. I bought several games with an "US address" and had no problems activating the games.

 

I've bought games from China with my US account and address and had no problems. But the Amazon.com sale is limited to purchasers with a US address. Maybe there are similar deals on some of the European sites?
