I would think it performs similar as the regular 7600. The main difference being that the 7600se is hd capable.

I've searched the forums but it seems that alot of people don't know much about the 7600se.

So far the only notebook I've seen that's using the 7600se is the Acer Aspire 5680. I don't think the 7600se is different from the 7600 performance wise, only that the 7600se is also HD capable (according to the acer website).

Both the 7600 and 7600 are HD capable.
The difference is that the Geforce Go 7600SE is a less powerful (and cheaper) version of the regular 7600 Go. It has a 64bus instead of a 128bit one and should perform a little better than a 7400 Go, because a reduced bus affects the capability to manage large textures or filters.

In benchmarks, although the SE is a less powerful version of the regular 7600, they perform fairly similar. This question has come up before on the forums...somewhere!

Well, I don't think so. I compared my X1600 with a X1600 SE (or HM) and they score almost 1000 points less on 3DMark05.
So I think that should be roughly the same with a Go 7600...
In real gaming those cards are worse in playing at high quality and/or with filters, compared to the 128bit version. ;)
