    Any game similar to War3 and Starcraft?

    Both of those games were very awesome and I played SC for like 2 years than moved to War3 for another 2 years. But right now I want to play something new. So are there any games that have similar gameplay to those two?

    There's Age of Empires (I-III) and Command & Conquer but no strategy game can really be considered the same as a Blizzard RTS. They're fundamentally different...

    Yeah, I know what you mean. I think Warhammer 40k: DoW would be kind of close to SC?? Right, because I only played the demo not the entire game. AOE's pace is pretty slow and you build massive armies.

    Have you tried the civ series? They are pretty different from the two you mentioned, but you may like them.

    Try Caesar 3 - one of the best strategy games I've played. And it will run on any system!

    try Warhammer: Dawn of War. Basically, it's what starcraft would be like if it had Warcraft 3's gameplay :p

    Starcraft was heavily inspired by the Warhammer universe, last i heard.

    I think DOW is one of the best strategy games in a very long time, the emphises on stratigic battles instead of base building really sets it away from many other RTS's. Great game for a LAN i have had games last hours with 6-8 ppl.
