I want a source for notebook AND non-notebook ATI drivers for the HD 4xxx series without CCC. I want to be able to adjust AA/AF/Mipmap etc without having to bring up CCC. Anyone know of a good source for these drivers?

Don't install CCC. Not much else to it. It's not a mod, AMD drivers always give you the option to not install CCC. Tray Tools, or use RadeonPro to create your own profiles that load automatically per game. Google for all, easy to find, no need to create a thread for it IMO.
