Well ive tried for two month to speed up my computer and now i think im out of options. Ive tried: Overclocking gpu, cutting processes, undervolting. Just wondering if there are other things i can do.

have you done a clean install? (obvious question i know)...
i assume you have used msconfig to cut down on unnecessary stuff?
    services.msc to disable useless services?
    what antivirus are you running?
considering you are overclocking/undervolting i assume you have all this stuff covered...

is it performing comparable to other notebooks with 8600M GT? if so then the only way to really improve your performance is to upgrade. only so much you can do with same vid card. if it's not giving you competitive performance then play around with drivers.

I have to say with that 3DMark score you seem to of stretched a lot out of your setup. Unless specific issues you my friend likely have hit the wall, at least as far as gaming goes. And I would add you have done very well and should be proud of your accomplishment. But sadly not a 8800m?

Edit: All this talk of clean install I think only to address issues.

Changing the theme to "Windows Classic" should yield a very small gain in performance.

i try this on my acer with integrated x1150, i set the priority of the game to high or real time through task manager.. seems to help in Virtua Tennis 3, but then again, it messes up the game when i tried it in Counter Strike.. haha!! maybe it ll work on your case. :D

Most everything posted is not a way to gain gaming performance in my opinion just ways to make sure you dont lose any.

The only real way to gain performance is overclocking and tweaking your game configs.
