So i own a toshiba, and unfortunately toshiba decided to opt out of ati's official drivers. Right now catalyst 10.4 is out and i have a mobility radeon 3650, is there any way to get the newest drivers on my laptop?

Check out NVIDIA & Laptop News | Latest NVIDIA drivers and related news | laptopvideo2go.com. Worst case, you can add your device to the .inf, but with the resources from that site you should have no trouble.

He's looking for ATI drivers, not NVIDIA.
@op: You just need the driver installer file, the restriction on Toshiba/Sony/Panasonic machines is only in ATI's downloader. Check out strags.com - Currently ATI Mobility Radeon HD Depot
