I can't seem to get any flash video to work in fullscreen mode, the audio plays properly but it is just a blank, black screen. I've tried multiple flash video applications on multiple websites, etc.

I'm currently on vista drivers 15.8 but I have had the same problem since receiving my laptop.

Can anyone else confirm this or offer resolution?

this problem has already been identified before in the x3100 drivers thread (and elsewhere on the net)

but here ya go, the workaround:
right click flash applet, go to video and remove the tick from enable hardware acceleration, and voila!

Yea its a problem with X3100 and Flash, Intel is working on it (though they are taking their sweet time...) Anyways, for YouTube just right-click on the flash video and hit settings, and on the display icon uncheck the enable hardware acceleration. That will remedy the problem.
