i have it docked as well. Recently ive restructured my own room, getting rid of old desks and desktop pcs.

My dad built a "laptop mobile center" like he loves to call it, its basically a micro-desk that can suit up to 18" laptops, with 4 wheels. Basically when im home i dock my laptop on this thing and im able to carry it around my room, useful for being in the bed and watching tv/game at the same time.

When it stays next to my tv, it takes very little space and usually i connect the lappy to my tv via hdmi to play some games on bigger screen while sitting on the bed.

    Its an awesome combo :)

lol well i guess every dad loves his son (almost all of them i guess).

We come up with the idea of this mobile thing because one of the desks used in my room became his own, i gifted it to him.

In return with his old crappy desk, he made this thing out of the old pieces. Its really awesome plus is in tint with my own room paint (dark orange).

When the DYI brings fun and happiness :)

I don't have a 'dock' per se, but I often connect it to my 42" LCD TV via HDMI for relaxed gaming sessions at home. My desk is plenty crowded with my desktop system and 2 monitors.

When I had my M6500 and later M6600 warranty replacement, I did when I was at home on my desk.

Yes, yes it is. I connect my Laptop through HDMI to my 51 inch 3dtv plasma and I'm having a blast, even playing emulated Wii games at HD native resolution is amazing! (looking at you Twilight Princess and Mario Party 9 lol)

Nope, I have a razer orochi bluetooth mouse (no dongle needed) and razer scarab mouse mat that performs optimally anywhere.

Yes, my Dell Precision M6600 is docked almost all the time at home and work unless I'm traveling or in a conference room.
