    I want to buy BF4 Premium for a friend of mine. He can't / won't buy it, but he's been helpful with car maintenance and stuff and wanted to buy it as a thank you. We play online frequently but he doesn't have Premium yet and thought I could buy it for him. It seems there's no simple way. I'm assuming if I buy on Amazon.com that it will give me a code to send to him?

    Yep, don't know of any easy way through Origin, but if you buy it from Greenmangaming or Amazon you'll get a key that he can then activate on his Origin account.

    just get any key which is not russian from sites online and you will be cool :) People who want to pay their games ONLY have this solution, call family abroad or travelers and ask them to buy them keys..

    Get a physical copy from the store and give it to him when you next meet :) It'll be much more than 20 letters in an email. And you could include a sixpack of umm.. e-sports drinks too :p
